Unless requested otherwise, all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Express mail service is available upon request.

Due to the unique properties of one off, custom designed orders, designs will be subject to customer approval prior to manufacturing and are non-returnable. Off the shelf products are returnable within 14 days of shipping receipt. Please email me if you wish to start a return process.
